Editorial Review & Publishing Guidelines
Our standards govern every submission to ensure accuracy, corporate authenticity, and legal compliance before distribution across the Business Press Room wire.
Attribution & Verification
Every press release must clearly identify the issuing entity. Submissions from anonymous sources, PR representatives without verified corporate authorization, or unverified entities will not be published. All releases must provide valid corporate media contact details (name, corporate email, and telephone).
Content Quality & Formatting
Releases must contain newsworthy factual substance: corporate earnings, executive appointments, M&A transactions, product introductions, scientific research breakthroughs, or regulatory compliance filings. Excessive promotional superlatives, spam keywords, or unverified medical/financial claims are rejected.
Prohibited Material
Business Press Room strictly prohibits: defamatory statements, unverified stock tips, online gambling/casinos, predatory lending, adult services, pirated software/IP violations, and deceptive affiliate promotion schemes.
Corrections & Retractions
If a published release contains a factual error, the issuing company must submit an official retraction or correction via the editorial desk. Revisions are logged in our public editorial audit trail.
